Shipping and shipping insurance are included with every purchase, providing you with peace of mind and ensuring your items arrive safely.

Shipping Methods:

  1. We exclusively ship all orders using FedEx to guarantee the safe and secure delivery of your valuable items. Every shipment requires a customer signature upon delivery for added security.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the availability of the item.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4PM ET on business days will be processed the following business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may have longer processing times. Please refer to the product description for estimated delivery times.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Requirements:

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery.
  • Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package at the shipping address provided during checkout.
