14-Day Return Policy:

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. In-Store Returns: You may return eligible items to our brick-and-mortar store within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please bring the item, original sales receipt, and any packaging to our store at 233 Bellevue Avenue, Upper Montclair, NJ 07043.

  2. If you wish to return an item purchased online, you may initiate a return by logging into your account and submitting a self-service return request, or by contacting us at SHOP@FREDERICSFINEJEWELERS.COM within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All online returns are at the sole expense and risk of the customer. The customer is responsible for properly and securely packaging the item and returning it via a fully trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend insuring all returned items, particularly high-value merchandise, for their full purchase value. Frederic’s Fine Jewelers assumes no responsibility or liability for returned items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exclusions:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
